Privacy constent form

From time to time, we take photos and/or video recordings at our events so we can share them with others on our communication channels. However, before doing so, we would like to ask if this is okay with you.

If you agree with what is written here, please give your consent to taking individual photos/videos. It is important to note that we might take co called „mass photographs/videos” during the activities even without consent (in this case the activity as a whole is represented on the photo/video, and individual participants are not the main subject of the material).

Your consent is completely voluntary, and you can withdraw it at any time by returning to this form and checking a different box, or by writing to the contact details provided for the relevant data protection officer.

Please note that due to potential publication and the nature of internet technology, your consent cannot be withdrawn retroactively; we can only take the restriction into account for the period following the withdrawal of your consent.
